consult
this is where we get to know each. other. we'll hop on a virtual call or meet up for coffee if that's your jam (i love coffee!). it's super important to me that I meet you so i can learn all about your plans, you'll learn about my process, and we'll find out if we're a good fit for each other. after all, i will be spending a bit of time with you on your day, so it's key that we vibe and like each other :)
booking
we got to know each other and you want to work with me -- YAY! i'll do a happy dance, i'll confirm details, and then you'll receive your contract + invoice to take care of your retainer (25% of total investment).
engagement session
depending on what package + add ons you booked, we may have an engagement session. i love engagement sessions because it's a good way to get a feel for how i'll work on wedding day. we'll also connect even more and you'll leave even more comfortable with working with me. turnaround time for engagement photos are roughly 3 weeks depending on current workload. these images can be used for engagement announcements, save the dates, to hang around your house and adore, at your wedding.
one month to three weeks before wedding day
i'll check in with you and if you have a planner that hasn't reached out to me yet, i'll reach out to them. i'll go over a preliminary timeline, request a shot-list, and get us all set for wedding day
one week before wedding day
i'll confirm all of the final details with you and your planner, get super excited to witness this union, and will be available via phone call/text for any immediate concerns!
wedding day
BIG DAY is here! we are going to breathe deep, trust that the day will go as it will go, have all the happy feels, get you married, and have a fantastic day!
24-48 hours after your wedding day
you'll receive a gallery of sneak peeks of some of my favorite moments from your day that you'll share away with all your friends and fam.
six to eight weeks after wedding day
you'll receive a full gallery of hi-res images from your day along with a shop tab in your gallery's store where you can order prints and other fun things.
you'll also receive an email from me asking for a google review if you enjoyed your experience with me -- this helps me have more amazing days with more couples!
